Frequently Asked Questions

Why did you create Pin In The Map?

Well, it's as simple as this. A friend was organising an evening out, and sent me a link from an unnamed web mapping provider.

The link was long and complicated, of the sort which often requires stitching together to get it into your web browser. When the heavyweight page finally loaded, it was chock full of too much info and gave me a hard to read map, with no explanatory text.

I thought: "There must be a better way!". And now there is.
