Assemble here underneath the lamppost, on Shire Lane (not accessible by car) every Tuesday for an 8pm departure! It takes a couple of minutes to announce running group distances/speeds, so be there for 7:50pm ready and changed!!!
There is plenty of parking on Pinewood Drive and Ashley Gardens, but do respect the locals and mind the cars, especially on those dark nights!
